Refund policy

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  • All 'Black Friday Sale' or 'Buy 2 Get 1 free' purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

  • We do not offer cashback. Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.

  • Items purchased for FREE during an offer will not be accepted for returns.

  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

  • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 7 DAYS of receiving the product would not be accepted.

  • The product would be picked in 3–5 days after the return or exchange request is approved.

  • Return charges would have to be borne by the customer (Rs.150/-).

  • There are no charges for exchange. Exchanges are for size & design both, subject to availability.

  • 'On Sale' Products are not eligible for Return/Exchange.

  • The credit note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. These are handcrafted products and such variations are signs of authenticity.

  • Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once.

  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

  • Products bought from other stores or marketplaces like Myntra are not eligible for return or exchange at Shrugup.com.

  • Refunds will take 7–10 working days.

  • Money refunds are only provided in case of wrong or damaged products. In all other cases, refunds are issued as Store Credit only.


Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped and inform us at:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

  • If you cancel your prepaid order before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

  • If you cancel after shipping, refund will be issued after the product reaches us.

  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.


Return Policy

  • If the product is received in bad condition or tampered, refuse delivery and contact us at support@shrugup.com with Order ID. Replacement will be issued at no extra cost.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Raise return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • For damaged/incorrect/incomplete orders, contact within 48 hours with photos/videos and unboxing video.

  • After receiving the returned product, quality check will be done.

  • Refund will be issued as Store Credit only.

  • Return shipping charges (Rs.150) will be deducted from store credit.

  • Store credit is only for product value, not shipping charges.

  • Store credit cannot be transferred or converted to cash.

  • If pickup is unavailable, customer must self-ship the product.

  • Shrugup.com is not responsible for lost return shipments.

  • Return process takes 10–15 days.

  • Store credit will be issued within 2–3 working days after quality check.

  • Store credit will be issued as Gift Card valid for 1 year.


Exchange Policy

  • Raise exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approval will be provided within 2–3 working days.

  • Exchange allowed for size & design, subject to availability.

  • No discounts applicable on exchange orders.

  • If exchanged product price is higher, difference must be prepaid.

  • If lower, balance will be given as store credit.

  • Pickup will be arranged at no extra cost.

  • Product must have original tags and packaging.

  • Exchange not allowed after 7 days.

  • If pickup unavailable, customer must self-ship.

  • Sale products are not eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange process takes 10–15 days.

  • Exchanged order cannot be returned again.
